Ordering Information

When should I order my invitations?

It is best to order your invitations and stationery as soon as you know your reception or event location or six to nine months in advance.

How long before the event should I send my invitations?

It’s recommended that you send out invitations six to eight weeks before the event. If you’ll be inviting out-of-town guests and would like to send out “save-the-date cards” matching the rest of your package, those cards should be sent out four to six months prior to the event.

How long does it take to complete an order?

Please keep in mind that all invitations and stationary are handmade. The time frame depends on the complexity and quantity. An average order of 150 invitations will normally take around 3 to 4 weeks to complete. 6-8 weeks for 200 invitations or more.


What are my payment options?

URinvited accepts payments by Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Check, or Money Order in US funds, PayPal.

Payments made by check or money orders should include a 50% deposit to process order. The remaining balance is due prior to shipment. Please allow 2-5 days for authorization of checks. Orders will be processed after the funds have cleared. There will be a $25 charge for returned checks.

Do I have to pay tax?

Tax is not included in prices and must be paid by Florida residents.


What are my shipping options?

We normally ship with register USPS for samples and UPS ground. If you have your own account i.e. FedEx or UPS, we can use your account number to ship items. The cost will be determined by the weight, final destination, and the shipping method that you choose.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. You may be charged custom fees for purchases entering your country from the US. URinvited is not responsible for delays caused by customs, or VAT taxes.
We are not responsible for any lost packages.

How can I mail my invitation?

The presentation of your invitations is very important. You can mail most of them in a regular envelope. However, when your invitation has some embellishments always bring your envelopes to the post office personally and have them Hand Canceled. This prevents them from going through machinery that may mangle your invitations. Most post offices are happy to do this, though some request that you make an appointment to do so.
Postage: Most people think that postage is based solely on weight. This is not so. A square envelope is surcharged, because it's considered an odd-sized piece. Tubes, thick envelopes and other things can affect the postage.
Thick envelopes, packages and boxes, even going first class, will take a few extra days to arrive, as they cannot be scanned to automated postal equipment (nor do we want them to be!). Include a little buffer time for this.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your refund policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our invitations, all sales are final. Once the client has approved the proof, a refund cannot be given.

**Please make sure to review the proof carefully for accuracy before signing off. URinvited is not responsible for mistakes overlooked by the client during proofing process.
If you must cancel your order before the proof approval, the 50% deposit is non refundable.

Miscellaneous Questions

I need my cards as soon as possible. Do you take rush orders?

We do offer rush jobs at 20% over the regular price (starting from $50) in an order that must ship in less than 1 weeks from time of order. The RUSH surcharge does not include any extra fees related to expedited shipping of product to client in order to meet the expedited date. 
All orders are subject to material availability. The more time you give us, the greater the guarantee that your particular material will be in stock. In the event of a backorder, we will substitute coordinating available product.

Do you provide customized designs?

Yes. Customization requests are welcome. We do our best to alter the designs to your likings.

Can you print the wording in another language?

All non-English wording in alphabets other than the English must be sent in a word document. We will not accept faxed or handwritten non-English wording. This includes making sure the punctuation and placements of accent marks are correct. A digital proof will be sent for approval before printing.
